"leave me in the middle of the ocean/I can walk the rest of the way"

I'm beginning to think about what I want to do for a Halloween costume. I'll probably try again to find a Donnie Darko-esque skeleton costume; last year I looked everywhere and they all had these gay glow-in-the-dark three-dimensional ones that sucked. Sara's considering wearing my mod dress and being a go-go girl, and if she decides not to do that I probably will. But since it's the first year I can really afford a costume from Dallas & Co. I might just be something hoochy for the fun of it. It sucks to wanna put all the effort into it when hardly anyone is going to see me in the costume and I don't have many friends to spend Halloween with. I think it would be fun to just put on costumes and go walking around downtown and hang out 'nstuff. Megan and Sara insist that if you're a girl you won't get turned down trick-or-treating all the way through college. I don't know, it might really depress me trick-or-treating without Kim for the first time in many years.
I was thinking that it would be fucking awesome for a phag nightclub to do a thing on Halloween when you get in free if you're dressed up like a Sandman character. Of course this would have to be in a big city.
